Shipping & Delivery

  1. Shipping Methods:  We exclusively engage with trusted delivery partners who are known for their reliability. As soon as your order is dispatched, we provide you with a tracking code for real-time shipment tracking.

  2. Shipping Rates: For Domestic deliveries we charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 150/- for orders below Rs.6000. For orders above that, shipping is free across India. 

  3. Delivery Timeframes: Our standard delivery timeframe ranges from 3 to 15 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after you receive your order confirmation email.

  4. Shipping Restrictions: Please note that in the event of unforeseen shipping delays due to factors like weather or state guidelines, we recommend contacting the respective courier partner for assistance, as The Styling Room will not be held responsible for these delays. Additionally, if delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect customer-provided information or unavailability, the product will be returned to us, and any subsequent shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.

  5. International Shipping: We now ship to UAE, Singapore, Hongkong with shipping fee of Rs. 850/-  calculated based on package weight. For any queries please write to us at thestylingroomofficial@gmail.com and we'll be happy to assist you the best we can! 

  6.  Why do orders take so long? 
    At TSR, we keep wastage at a minimum and If we don’t have a ready size available we create a new piece that takes around 6-7 days! If, for any reason you have a special request for expedited delivery, do write to us at thestylingroomofficial@gmail.com and we'll try our best to accommodate your request.
